Features of the CTB series semi-countercurrent magnetic separator: The magnetic system material uses new high-quality strontium ferrite or adds high-performance magnets, with a maximum field strength of up to 600MT. The magnetic system adopts a new fixing method to ensure that the magnetic blocks will never fall off, improve the oxidation resistance of the magnets, and have super strong anti-demagnetization ability, with demagnetization not exceeding 3% in 10 years. The magnetic circuit design is reasonable, and the tank and drum have strong corrosion and wear resistance. It has a long service life, is easy to operate, and is easy to maintain.

The CTS series co-current magnetic separator is suitable for wet separation of coarse magnetic minerals with a particle size of 6-0mm. Primarily used for pre-selection of coarse particles such as river sand and sea sand.

The CTN series counter-current magnetic separator is suitable for wet separation of fine-grained magnetic minerals with a particle size of 0.6-0.0 mm, such as natural magnetite, pyrrhotite, and roasted hematite.
