Working principle of ultra sand wash plant
The mixed material firstly enters into the scrubber for full scrubbing, and then enters into the water tank under the screen through the chute, and enters into the cyclone through pumping, and cleans and controls the water of the material under the action of centrifugal force, so as to achieve the effect of separating the mud and sand.
The underflow material of the cyclone enters the coarse sand dewatering area of the linear screen for dewatering; while the overflow material enters the water tank through the return pipe for circulating cleaning and replenishing the water tank, thus realising efficient sand washing.
