This vibrating feeder is mainly used for continuous and uniform feeding before the primary coarse crusher. It can also screen fine materials, greatly increasing the production capacity of subsequent crushers.

It has the following advantages: stable vibration and reliable operation; adjustable grate gap, specially designed for good material flow and to prevent material blockage; continuous and uniform feeding; coarse screening capability, achieving a pre-screening effect and increasing output; optional variable frequency speed control motor, adjusting the frequency to change the output and easily controlling the feed rate without frequent motor starts; convenient installation and maintenance.
