Working Principle

The twin-shaft shredder utilizes two wear-resistant shredding rollers. During operation, the two shredding rollers rotate relative to each other, forming a V-shaped shredding chamber. The resulting shearing force crushes the material. After the material enters the gap between the two rollers (V-shaped crushing chamber), it is subjected to the shearing force of the relative rotation of the two rollers, tearing and shearing the material to the required particle size before it is discharged from the discharge port.
