Roller crusher

Working principle

When the material enters the crushing chamber of the machine, it is forced through the gap between the two rollers by the meshing force of the rotating rollers. At the same time, the material is squeezed and sheared by the rollers, and the material begins to break. The small particles after breaking are thrown down the machine along the tangent of the roller rotation through the gap between the two rollers. Large particles that exceed the gap are further crushed into smaller particles and discharged.
