PFW impact crusher

This series of impact crushers features hydraulic cover opening devices on both sides of the frame. These devices easily elevate the machine frame when needed, facilitating quick replacement of components and routine maintenance, saving time and effort. A spring safety device automatically adjusts the gap between the impact plate and the discharge port to release any foreign objects (such as iron blocks or loader teeth) that enter the crushing chamber during crushing. This prevents machine jamming and saves downtime.

Regarding rotor performance, a rigorous monitoring system performs surface, near-surface, and internal defect detection to ensure optimal rotor performance. For components, a specially designed crescent-shaped hammer plate offers greater impact area and force compared to traditional straight hammer plates, while also reducing wear and extending service life.
