Product Details

Wet overflow ball mills are the most widely used fine grinding equipment in the mineral processing field. They have a simple structure and rely on gravity flow to discharge ore. They are often used for ores with fine grinding requirements and are usually used in the second and third stages of multi-stage grinding processes.

Main applications include:

Metal mines: Two-stage/three-stage fine grinding of non-ferrous metal ores such as copper, lead-zinc, and molybdenum; grinding of rare metal ores such as spodumene, tantalum-niobium ore, etc.Non-metallic minerals: Ultrafine grinding and deep processing of non-metallic minerals such as quartz, feldspar, and fluorite.

Process Flow: Open-circuit grinding: Suitable for operations requiring high product fineness. Closed-circuit grinding: Used in conjunction with classifiers and hydrocyclones to achieve high-precision grinding and classification.
