Tailings recycling has become an inevitable choice for the high-quality development of the mining industry in various countries. Its necessity is reflected in multiple dimensions such as resource security, environmental protection, and economic benefits, and it is a key measure to “turn waste into treasure and harm into benefit.” Our tailings recycling machine was developed to meet this need. It is an environmentally friendly device specifically designed to recover fine sand from tailings or fine sand lost in sand washing wastewater. It can effectively solve problems such as serious fine sand loss, unreasonable gradation, and environmental pollution in traditional wet sand making processes, with a fine particle recovery rate of 85%-95%.
Washing Tank: Collects the sand-water mixture, serving as a buffer and mixing container.
Slurry Pump: High-pressure pump that delivers the sand-water mixture to the hydrocyclone; it is the core power source of the system.
Hydrocyclone: A key component that utilizes centrifugal force to achieve rapid sand-water separation; its inner wall is lined with polyurethane for enhanced wear resistance.
Dewatering Screen: Typically a linear vibrating screen using a polyurethane mesh, it dewaters the recovered fine sand.
Return Box: Collects a small amount of fine sand and slurry that passes through the dewatering screen and returns it to the washing tank for recycling.
