A hydrocyclone group is a classification and separation device composed of two or more hydrocyclones connected in series or parallel. When a single hydrocyclone cannot meet the required throughput or classification fineness, using a hydrocyclone array can significantly improve the overall performance and is widely used in mining, power, chemical and other fields

The hydrocyclone group mainly consists of the following components:

  • Individual hydrocyclone: Each assembly contains several hydrocyclones
  • Grit chamber: Collects coarse particles discharged from the underflow of each hydrocyclone
  • Overflow chamber: Collects fine particles or liquids overflowing from each hydrocyclone
  • Liner material: Selected according to the characteristics of the medium, such as rubber, polyurethane, or high-alumina ceramic
  • Auxiliary components: Including valves, regulators, pressure gauges, feed pumps, etc.
